tehjules interviewed me, and here are the five questions.

1. How did you get into fandom?

I found Angel(us)/Xander which put the slash goggles firmly in place, and I haven’t looked back since. Then, came a glut of fandoms DC comics, Due South, LotR and LotR RPS – which started me writing, HP, PotC, and Star Wars and then a long dry spell.

Finally, I came into SG-1 near the beginning of the 9th season. I didn’t watch the show, I was just reading some fabulous Jack/Daniel. I stumbled upon McShep, thought that was a stupid name, but read despite myself, because, hey – hot porn. I started watching SG-1, fell in love with Mitchell and started writing him and Daniel. Watched SGA b/c it was after SG-1, hated Shepard on sight, but kept reading/watching for McKay. Shep grew on me, and now he’s the character I frame my SGA experience through.

2. What does your username mean?

Really, I’m not very proud of it, hence my freak out of whether to change it or not. I eventually decided not too, because this is the longest I’ve kept a user name and fandom for a long time. I didn’t really want to mess with that.

3. Where is one place that you'd love to go?


One place new that I’ll like to go is Alaska. I’d like to see the glaciers and wildlife, and take a cruise. I want to try sledding, and watch hockey.

One place old that I’d love to go to is Clayton Lake, NM. I used to go camping there all the time. It’s just a little place, and in the off season it’s close to deserted. There’s a campsite, that’s in the back of a little road, so that a person can’t accidentally drive by. It’s peaceful and pretty.

4. Cameron or Daniel and why?

For a one night stand, I’d pick Daniel. He’s pretty, and he’s probably got all sorts of Ancient!kink sex tricks up his sleeve. For a “relationship” I’d pick Cameron. He’s handsome, and being from the south, I could relate much better with him. I think I’d have better luck convincing him to buy season tickets for OSU sports than I would Daniel!

5. Last night on earth. You can do anything (but not anyone ;) ) what is it?

I’d want to play in the Spirit Band at a basketball game where we creamed OU. Then I’d give The-Boy-Who-Bruised-My-Heart a good thwacking. Then, I guess, we’d go out in the country and watch the stars and wait for the end. It would be fun to remember the good times, and laugh when it’s over.
