Jan. 21st, 2008 10:18 pmIf you have ever wanted to know why All Dog's go to Heaven is like Stargate: Atlantis, do yourself a favor and click the cut-tag. : )
Smallish pics and blasphemy against lovable childhood doggie icons. You have been warned.

On the subject of hero worship...
Nov. 28th, 2007 06:57 pmI admit it. My embarrassingly huge crush on Johnny Cash is entirely because of John Sheppard. I had absolutely no interest in listening to county - old country at that, until I fell head over heels in love with Sheppard and thought, "huh, guess I'll check that out." Last FM tells me that Mr. Cash is my top artist listened to overall. I'm kinda a dork, yeah? : )
I can hardly put on my denim jacket without adopting a Supernatural-like swagger.
You won't believe how many macaroon recipes I looked through after Cam made some for Sam.
All that's just to say that sometimes, I might possibly be geeky enough to shadow the habits of some of my favorite characters. I was just wondering if anyone else had stories to join me in geekery. Come on in, the water's fine!
( SGA personality poll and quiz )
Also, I started rewatching due South today. I forgot what a punch the pilot is. I loved that show so much. My dad made me watch it back in the day they were showing it on TNT and we recorded every one to VHS. I was such a little slasher back then. I read everything on the Due South Fiction Archive faster than I knew what m/m meant. Buddy Breathing in particular has stuck with me through the years.
Anyway, while Fraser was angsting in the Pilot, a song was playing in the background and I went to find it immediately. So here you go, Superman's Song by the Crash Test Dummies. I've listened to it now ... lots. Yeah, let's stick with that.

Last time, I swear.

Yeah, yeah, I know that the lighting vs shading doesn't match across the pictures. That never was my forte. Feel free to point out anything else so I can concentrate on that the next time I feel like mucking around. I couldn't find either my sketchbook or my pencils when I decided I wanted to draw, so this is computer paper and a stubby #2 pencil. : )

Well, this one is a little more recognizable, yes?

I'm still totally willing to hear how much I suck if you'd like to tell me. : )
