SG-1 Movie Titles

The first one will be called Stargate: The Ark of Truth, while the second will be, Stargate: Continuum.

Ark is the one where they tie up the Ori plotlines, right? I'm just glad they're getting a chance to do it, and I hope that they can fit everything in to the two hours. The Ori plotline got so depressing with it's religious drivel, I hope that something else happens. I should specify, something besides epic space battles, which are pretty, but not so much with the character involvement.

I just keep seeing scenes a la Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark, and wow, does Daniel look good with a whip curled against his hip!

I want to see SG-1 undercover some more, riding horses, camping out and complaining about the mac and cheese, or Cameron sword fighting again. I want just a hint of romance between the characters, but a lot in the scenery, and I want Teal'c to hug sombody. I want the Ori to ask for the ultimate sacrifice, and I want it to come from a completely unlikely source but to make an odd sort of sense when we take a step back. That's not so much to ask for is it?

In Continuum I think they were going to do with more time travel. It certainly sounds like a good title for that. It'll probably turn out well for the ficcers to have alternate timelines to play with again. Those have always been the shows that are easiest to ask "What if?" at.

After watching 200 my roomie is convinced that Jack really is Cameron's father. I'm still waiting to see that fic.

Okay, so I might be on an Indy kick here, but how much fun would it be to send them back to WWI or II era? I don't really want another plot of them frolicking around the US, that'd be too easy for them. I bet Ba'al would try to help the Axis while SG-1 is left scrambling to help the Allies. Someone could pretend to have the worst British accent ever, and there would have to be a new character who would only call Cameron "Yank" and then we could slash them until he proved he was a Flying Ace.

Or you know, whatever. I'm just glad it's not over yet.

It figures, that they'd come out with spoiler plots the same day I start pondering. *shakes head* Oh well.
