Lady in the Water

I saw The Lady in the Water last night.

I really liked it, but I liked Signs and The Village too. It was quirky, and quite the modern day fairy tale, without the spook of the other movies. I walked out of the theater wondering what my purpose was and thinking that I should probably bring out my novel to work on some more.

It was offbeat and up beat, and had the best opening scene ever. I’d say give it a try.

On another note, bugchicklv, you out there?

ETA: So, Stargate is taking a six month hiatus in the US starting in September? Is this the normal thing? Because it makes me sad. Seriously.

Really?! which SG is it referring to ? SG1 or SGA ?
I'd be really sad to see new SG1 to go on hiatus now that they have Daniel/Cameron action.

I guess it's an unsubstantiated rumor regarding both shows. But man it would suck a lot. I know, I'm enjoying the new season sooooooooo much, I'd hate to have to wait through the tough months of school to get my fix. I'm just a stargate addict.

They usually take a break and come back in January, like all the normal networks do. This break is seriously going to kill their ratings and piss off a lot of people. It was hard to wait 3 months until it started this summer! *stabs Sci-Fi*

It's fine. I wish there was something to add about the men's locker room bit, but alas--that wasn't really Daniel.

And I've noticed that whenever Daniel was hurt/in the infirmary that Cam is at his bedside when he wakes up. This cannot be said for Daniel when Cam is hurt though...

Loved the pics you chose, and I think I'll go re-watch the ep where the Leather Clad Dynamic Duo haggling with Vizzinni.
