I saw The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent and . . . it's fine. Probably wait for it to stream unless you're a fan of Pedro Pascal's face - which was delightful. I was very confused by Nicky, but apparently he wasn't a character just a younger version of this Nic(k) Cage?
Watched The Batman it was good, way better than I expected. The music was excellent, it really reminded me of some of the God of War III temple music. I would absolutely like to see the evolution here for Brucie and the addition of a Robin or two. I'm not holding my breath, but definitely second favorite live action Batman after Michael Keaton.
Finished Halloween Kills since I walked out of the theater it was so stupid. It continued to be absolutely the worst.
“We’ve talked about it a lot, and Sister wants a pack,” Sam said, glancing around the room. “She also wants a family, and she understands they don’t have to be the same. I will lead the Avengers. We will be a family. Whether you join one, the other, or both, is up to you.”
“Does that include us less horny, wolfless peers too?” Hope asked, tucking some loose hair behind her ear as she dropped her phone in her lap.
“Absolutely,” Sam said, glad she’d come even though he couldn’t imagine how awkward it must be for her. “It wasn’t that long ago I was also less horny. I get it. There’s good reasons to want a wolf bond and good reasons to avoid it. But there’s also room for all of us, wolf or not.”
It was the right thing to do.
