I heard a rumour that they'll be giving out invite codes to anyone with an OpenID account over there the day or two before they go live. I just can't wait, I'm so excited about setting up camp there. : ) However, if that turns out to be false or you don't wanna, you're at the top of my list!

synecdochic was giving out 10 invite codes... they run out in a minute. o.O

I'll buy a account at launch date, so I didn't think to look for them but I think there's a community for them with a waiting list.

They did go fast! I'm glad there are lots of people excited about Dreamwidth. : ) I'm just having a hard time waiting, I'm more anxious to get my paws on a DW account than I used to be for Christmas morning. I heard that they'll give out early invite codes to OpenID users a day or two before the launch date. But I totally intend to buy/upgrade the first day.
