I really liked the characters in SG-1, though on my last rewatch I really thought it was weirder than it was. While any genre/tone would be appreciated, I think making it a little crackier (think Brooklyn 99) would be fun. But honestly, I'd just love to see these two getting it on.
Identity issues - they've gone undercover to try to spook the corn smugglers, but what if Sam comes up with a face changing technology so that even Teal'c who was on a different mission originally didn't recognize Cam? Or for whatever reason, they've just got to fuck to keep the world from ending. Not picky.
Time Travel - they've played with this a little in the show. What if Cam gets zapped back to when Teal'c still toed the line? How does older Teal'c feel about remembering everything that happened on Odyssey when no body else does?
Loyalty - could go either way. Cam wants so much to belong to the team, even if they're all a bunch of cats refusing to be herded. Maybe he learns (or partially learns and gets in over his head) a ritual when he was with the Sodan and wants to offer it to Teal'c. Maybe Teal'c feels more comfortable when he has that kind of a bond with his teammates?

roleplay - Lassiter's Little Wifey is one of my favorite fics, and I never thought about asking for the trope anywhere else, but I saw the tag and couldn't resist. The picky tag just seemed to fit, because these guys love to banter/one-up how much they adore each other. Aprons please and just any kind of performative gender role expectation that either works or crashes and burns.
kink - either the above role play or any other kink you think I'd be into. I love when characters get to that vulnerable place and I equally love when they can't and nope out real hard with a safeword to take them back to solid ground with their partner.
submission - I know we all love Sebastian on his knees and/or getting a little face slapped every once in a while, but what if it was Anthony who wanted it? Who wanted to be good and make somebody for real happy?

stranded - I like the idea that they've only got each other, and maybe they go a little stir-crazy and maybe they resent each other, but there's love and desire there. Maybe it isn't so bad never getting pizza again? Maybe they get stuck on Sakaar, that garbage planet surrounded by wormholes from Thor Ragnarok.
team sex - so many options, and I'd be happy with any. I'm talking like someone walks into the kitchen for coffee, and there's a couple fucking against the counter or movie nights also include someone tugging someone else's head down into their lap for a blow job, but it's just casual not a declaration of relationship. Maybe they're supposed to ask if the teammate wants to, but Bucky kinda just bends Sam over the couch or catches him in the elevator. Or somehow they always get interrupted before sex and catch feelings first? I'm most interested in the catching feelings against the backdrop of sex.
safewords - I will never not be fascinated with the reasons why someone would safeword. I'd prefer an emotional reason over physical.
Alpha/Alpha - oh man, how do they decide who tops? how do they feel about it? how do they act in public?
Werewolf - Sam has been turned into a werewolf on at least one occasion, Bucky is very curious about any dick transformations
