+ I'm going to the lake today! I plan to get sunburned, and eat too many hotdogs. : )
- I'm so far behind on Big Bangs! : (
+ I had an awesome SGA dream where I was the new Daniel Jackson, and Sheppard was totally checking out my ass. Also, I blame all you Kavan fans from my last post for Lorne being there and getting all the good lines. He said "keister" and it was adorable. Of course, we were stuck in some kind of loop and Zelenka had just blown us up, but I'm convinced that if I'd kept dreaming, we would have figured it out. Also, my subconscious still thinks Elizabeth is in charge of the city.
- I'm soooooooooooo hungry.
+ I sent off a resume yesterday. They're probably going to laugh at it, but at least I did it, right?

Lots of fun was had, and lots of beer was consumed. It might take me 'til Wednesday to recoup though! : )

I've been doing a lot of drinking this weekend. Started on Friday, where I discovered some new uses for champagne and then last night and now tonight. *g* It's fun to be on summer vacay - except for that job thing I have tomorrow. *g*

I'd say "boo" to that whole job thing, but there's really only so much lounging a person can do before they get bored out of their skull, boil a package of spaghetti noodles and start throwing handfuls at the walls looking for a sign.

Not that I've considered that or anything . . .

*shifty eyes*

*g* I actually like my job; I'm working for a solo practitioner this summer and fighting the good fight. *smirk*

The nice thing, is that I work 10-4. Sometimes 10-5, but he usually kicks me out at 4. and I'm learning a lot - get to do a lot of writing and research, so that will be good for when I graduate. I like that I can use my brain during the day, but it is also not stressful.

Haven't tried the spaghetti thing to look for signs. Must keep that in mind next time I'm in a quandary as to what to do. *g*

Have fun!
Sending out a resume is always a good thing. There's always the off chance that you'll get hired. Though I'm beginning to doubt that because I've sent out about a dozen and haven't heard back from anyone. Good luck though!

Resumes and cover letters are scary business. Thanks, and I hope something works out for you too!

I've never watched SGA but I've definitely heard good things about it. And I know what you mean about being behind on writing. I'm woefully behind myself >.

Honestly, there are some really good episodes of SGA, but as a series, it definitely lacks something. I'm behind on writing and reading! I don't know how I'll ever catch up and leave feedback for everything I want to. If only there were more hours in the day...

: )

I know exactly what you mean. Because I ended up taking an unofficial hiatus, I've been struggling to catch up with a mountain of things. *shakes head* Eventually it'll get done though.
