snowflake_challenge is running, and they've thankfully taken a page out of sunshine's book and decided to post new challenges on the odd days of the month, so I'm a little more interested.

I'm Renae, single, white, female, mid-30s, Oklahoman, cats and dog pal. I was going to be glib and just post a "Which Marvel Character Are You?" quiz result, but I did three of them and got Peter Quill all three times and I, with extreme prejudice, dislike MCU Peter Quill, so I nixed that idea. Probably that says a bunch about me too.

I signed up for getyourwordsout for the 200,000 word pledge this year. I intend to count all the fanfic I do, but also I am determined to finish the stupid novel I've been carting around in my head for the last decade. I used dabble for NaNoWriMo and I'm using it to keep track of my word count. They'll do sign ups for a bit longer if anyone else wanted to sign your soul away.

Unprompted I mostly write Sam Wilson/Bucky Barnes from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but I still occasionally branch out.

I started out writing in Star Wars Prequel land, jumped around for a bit, landed in Stargate: SG-1, flirted with Stargate Atlantis, landed in bed with Supernatural and J2 in Supernatural Real People Fic, then I posted the first Derek Hale/Stiles Stilinski fic for Teen Wolf on AO3 and hung around there for a while.
