I mean, something is better than nothing, but I also get so mad that they won't address any of our other concerns but they'll throw the least amount of money possible at us and then pull a muscle patting themselves on the back.

There's no rhyme or reason for raises either. The officer have a step plan, and know yearly what they can expect. Not us.

I'm glad to have a job. I'm lucky its a secure job where they can't fire us. But wow do I wish someone else would hire me. : )
