So many ways to twist this AU, and I've enjoyed so many of them. Want Alphas to be the downtrodden group because maybe there's less of them, or they can't control some aspect of their emotions and so are highly regulated? Yes pls. Want cultural standards to operate with supportive group pack structures that benefit from having an Omega? Yes pls. Gentle self-assured Alpha with a grumpy aggressive Omega? Basically anything that's not a total strict and stereotypical performative gender split based on masculine!Alphas and feminine!Omegas, I'm excited.

I like when scents/scenting get involved, especially when it involves the flavors of emotions or someone thinking the way they smell is unappealing and the other half of the pairing proving otherwise. I like the implications of nesting or the urge to show how good a provider a person could be. I'm always big on vulnerability or 'broken' Alphas or Omegas getting a second chance and finally knowing they were never broken to begin with. I enjoy pairings that might be looked down on for reasons working anyway or despite typical conventions.

I'm not into actual mpreg. I'd like to just imagine that birth control is plentiful and no one is currently trying to start a family. Stories featuring some issue around birth control are cool. Stories featuring dirty talk about babies/pups/breeding are cool. I don't need to get to deep into anatomy issues either, I just take it for granted that everything works in the hottest or most emotional way possible for the pairing. Smut wise, knots pls!

I love the idea of how atypical this dynamic seems to be, but even if Mackie is still the leader of their relationship I'm interested in how this A/O dynamic would respice it. Or bring in their MCU characters. What if Mackie was cast to play Sam as an Alpha, or Sebastian a Beta or Omega? How would that blend of traits make it harder or easier or just different for their relationship outside of work?

Or just smut. Smut would be absolutely fine.
